What kind of reporting do I get?

The $500 owner reserve is a maintenance float held on your behalf - not a fee. It ensures we can respond immediately to emergency repairs like a broken water heater, AC failure, or plumbing issue without waiting for approval or payment. The reserve stays in your account and is only used for actual maintenance and repair costs. You receive full transparency on every dollar spent, and any unused balance is returned to you at the end of the management agreement. Think of it as your property's emergency fund - it protects your investment and keeps tenants happy.
